Mango Lassi - Petite

In the Indian summer, mangoes are not a treat. They are a daily requirement. Cold, sweet, the color of a ripe Alphonso, Lassi usually served in a steel glass at a dhaba where the condensation drips down your fingers before you've even taken a sip.
