What happens when you order.
A Neev candle is one part of a longer experience. Here is the route it takes, from our table to yours.
The pour.
Every candle is poured by hand, in small batches, in a coconut-soy wax blend with a fragrance load higher than most candles on the market. We weigh, measure, and temperature-check each batch before pouring.
The cure.
The candle rests for at least two weeks before it leaves us. This is the cure — when the fragrance binds to the wax, deepening and rounding out. An uncured candle smells thin. A cured one smells whole.
The arrival.
Your order ships in a hand-packed box with the candle, our folded scent map booklet, and a small experience card. Open it before you light anything — the map will tell you where you are.
The first burn.
Uninterrupted, the first time. Let the wax pool all the way to the edge. Wax has memory — and the memory it forms on day one is the one it keeps for the rest of its life.
The journal.
The booklet has a blank page at the back. The scent you keep reaching for. Where it takes you. Write a sentence the first time, more later. A small record of the places a candle has brought back.
